National Rally Annual Awards

Be in the spotlight…set a goal today to walk across the stage at National Rally. What do you want to be recognized for…Consistency Club, Opportunity Club, Million Dollar
Court, Top Seller, Top Sponsor…you make the choice!

June 1 is the start of the new Rally Recognition Year! The following awards are available for all Designers to earn. All awards and recognitions are based on sales and sponsoring during the Celebrating Home National Rally recognition year, June 1 through May 31.

Founders’ Award is a special award given to a Designer chosen by Penny and Steve Carlile.

President’s Spirit Award is a special award given to a Designer chosen by Terry Kenyon.

Opportunity Club recognizes Designers who have at least one new recruit per month for twelve consecutive months (June – May). The recruit does not have to be qualified.*
*We will waive June and July 2007 for this next Rally year. If you recruit one new Designer each month, August – May you will be recognized on stage in 2008. If you recruit one new Designer each month, June - May you will receive special recognition.

Chairman’s Excellence Award (Consistency Club) recognizes Designers who have sold at least $2,000* for twelve consecutive months (June – May). *We will waive June and July 2007 for this next Rally year. If you do $2,000 August – May, you will be recognized on stage in 2008. If you do $2,000 June – May, you will receive special recognition.

Be a CASH BONUS earner!

All Cash Bonuses are based on sales and sponsoring during the Celebrating Home National Rally recognition year, June 1 through May 31.

Note: May recruits who did not qualify by May 31, will be carried over into the next Rally year.

Celebrating Home will pay a Cash Bonus to Top Sponsors at National Rally as follows:

• Designers who have 12 qualified recruits will earn a $500 Cash Bonus.

• Each member of the Queen’s Court, #2 through #5 in sponsoring, will receive a $1,000 Cash Bonus and a beautiful piece of jewelry.

• The Designer who is crowned Queen of Sponsoring will be awarded a $1,500 Cash Bonus and a gorgeous piece of jewelry.

Note: All recruits must be your personal recruits to count toward the sponsoring cash bonus.

Celebrating Home will pay a Cash Bonus to Top Sellers at National Rally as follows:

• Designers who sell $75,000* will earn a $500 Cash Bonus.

• Each member of the Queen’s Court, #2 through #5 in sales, will receive a $1000 Cash Bonus and a beautiful piece of jewelry.

• The Designer who is crowned Queen of Sales and Queen of Fundraising will be awarded a $1,500 Cash Bonus and a gorgeous piece of jewelry. 

National Star

When a National Star registers at National Rally, she will receive a tiara and a National Star sash to wear all weekend. During National Rally all National Stars will will also receive special
recognition on stage during the General Session.

You may qualify as a National Star in one of three ways:

• Sell $50,000* (party retail, half-price, hostess overage and bonus buys) during the Rally year (June – May)

• Recruit 12 new Designers during the Rally year (June – May)

• Be a member of the Consistency Club and the Opportunity Club (see explanations above for both clubs)

*Note: Contest/Recognition Sales include party retail, hostess overage, hostess half-price (amount the hostess paid) and customer bonus buys for the following categories: New Designer of the Year, Chairman’s Excellence Award, Top Personal Sales, Record Breaker, Million Dollar Court (all courts), National Star and Cash Bonuses.

Record Breaker recognizes those Designers with the highest personal sales, the most parties, the highest party order, the highest fundraiser and the most recruits in a one month period.


Top Team Sales Leaders recognizes leaders for their achievements based on sales from their first three levels. Every leader who has retail sales from her first three levels in excess of $250,000* will be recognized. Each leader will receive a piece of jewelry she can wear for a lifetime. The value of the jewelry increases as you climb from a quarter of a million to half a million to one million to five million to ten million, etc.


Top Designers in Personal Sales* recognizes every Designer with $75,000 in Personal Sales throughout the company.


Top Designers in Sponsoring recognizes every Designer with 12 or more qualified recruits throughout the company. To qualify, the new Designer must have started between June 1 and May 31 and achieve Designer status by May 31. The Designer must also be an active Designer through May 31. Note: Recruits who start in May and do not qualify in May have the entire next Rally year to qualify and will count as a qualified recruit for the following Rally year. This only pertains to May recruits.


New Designer of the Year recognition is changing and will replace the old New Designer of the Year Award requirements. This award will recognize new Designers who started during the current National Rally Year. Each New Designer will count March, April and May sales and
recruiting for this award. The Top 20 in sales and the Top 20 in sponsoring during these  three months will achieve the New Designer of the Year Award. To qualify for this award you must join Celebrating Home during the current National Rally year. 

 

Leaders’ Excellence Award is a special award just for leaders.  This award is given to the top 10 leaders in the company. Leaders can nominate someone in their downlines for this award OR a Designer can nominate her leader for this award by submitting a letter about this
special leader. The leader must be at least a Diamond Designer to earn this award. The home office will read each nomination and will recognize the top 10 leaders during National Rally.


Mr. Marvelous - CH Husband of the Year is an award given to an CH husband. We will also recognize 4 honorable mentions for this category. Designers will nominate their husbands for this award each Rally year. They will send in a letter telling us why their husband should be Mr. Marvelous. Nominations will begin in April.

 


Special Recognition During General Session


President’s $100,000 Club recognizes Designers who have personally sold $100,000 since joining Celebrating Home. This award is given to first-time achievers.


Career to Date Sales recognizes Designers who have personally sold $250,000 since joining Celebrating Home.


Wall of Fame recognizes Designers who have personally sold $500,000, $750,000 and $1 Million. Their pictures will be taken and hung on the Wall of Fame at the home office in Marshall, TX.


First Time Attendees Parade...The first time attendees will be a special part of our Grand Opening to kick off National Rally.


Gold, Half-Carat, Diamond and Diamond Infinity Parade… Any Designer who was promoted to one of these levels during the Rally year will be part of a parade during the Closing Session. As we send off a new year, our future leaders will lead us in a parade of the future! They will each wave flags to represent their new titles.


Red Rose of Excellence is a monthly honor awarded by Founder Penny Carlile. This award is given to Designers who exemplify a total commitment to excellence. This award will be given to one recipient each month. A recipient may only earn the award once a year.


Loyalty Club recognizes Designers who have been with Celebrating Home for five years. This recognition is based on the day the Designer joined CH and will be done the first time the five years mark is met.


The Leadership Council will participate in conference calls and set the course for the direction of CH with Terry Kenyon, John Kiple and the Management Team. They will have a quarterly meeting in Marshall, TX. These are the top 8 group leaders in the company.


Product Advisory Council will evaluate new products with the Product Development team. They will be involved in the selection of Bonus Buys, Booking Gifts and WOW items for the next two catalogs. They will also develop the best Fundraising Program in the industry
with the best products available. They will be flown to Marshal twice a year to assist in the development of the catalog and the selection of the new products. These members are the top 2 Designers in fundraising sales and the top 6 Designers in party sales in Celebrating Home.
 

 

Shared by Deb - I'd like to share an email with you that I sent to our Executive VP, John Kiple, in June 2004, 1 1/2 years after joining CH and just prior to attending National Rally in Nashville where I was invited to be a trainer...

 

"Thank you John for sending such a nice email. It put a smile on my face and was a great plus for the day. What a difference a year can make! Last year at Rally, as a newer designer I sat in the front row of the training session you did with a panel of Designers. I sat there, watched, and listened. I wondered what it would be like to achieve the level of success that each had accomplished. I also wondered what it would be like to be them, at that very moment participating in the panel.  Just a year later, I have the fortune to share at Rally what I have learned with others.  Last year at Rally I sat in the back of the ballroom during the awards presentation and was in awe of the Designers walking across stage to accept their awards.  I wondered then if I would have the opportunity to do so one day. Wow, what a difference a year can make!  I want to say thank you to you and everyone involved at the home office for providing me with an opportunity that has not only changed my life but that of my family. At Rally last year I made the commitment to make my business a success. I established definitive goals and worked hard, putting in enough time to bring those goals to fruition. I am so excited for Rally this year and am pleased that 5 of my designers will be joining me and aspiring to their own goals.
