DECEMBER BOOKING LETTER

A Powerful Tool to Increase your Business –

ONE-A-WEEK is The Goal!
The goal to consistently work your business is to have at LEAST one Party a week. Do not let up or stop working until you schedule at least one Party a week. Work on getting Parties scheduled the first 2 weeks of the month.

Here is How: Personally send out the December Booking Letter and make sure that everyone in your downline is doing the same. You can adapt the Booking Letter to begin at any point in the year but works especially well to start off the new year with a date book full of bookings. If you can start your year strong in January you will set the pace for the rest of the year.

Start Here: Begin by composing a list of people who you think might be interested in having a party. Use The Booking Letter as an example to write your own letter. Customize the letter as you wish.  The idea is to have The Booking Letter ready to send out on December 23-24 on colored paper with no other literature along with it. It is to arrive at the potential Hostess home in the mail between the 25th and the end of the year.

Do this: By January 3rd, it’s time to focus on scheduling Parties!

The Fortune
Is In The Follow Up

The more letters you send out, the more chances you have to book lots of Parties for the rest of the year. When you do, that gives you a boost to start your year. Follow up. Follow up and then follow up again.

Idea: Use this letter consistently every year and follow up, and schedule a Party a week.  Be sure to review the verbiage on getting bookings and how to overcome objections.

NOTE: The Booking Letter is ONLY for those who are determined to consistently book throughout the year and are committed to doing so. Before you start to tackle this, make sure you are committed, have your calendar, your script and are ready to build a business with CH. It takes persistence, focus and follow up. A fortune awaits those of you who do this and who teach others in their downline to do the same.

Spend One Day A Week
Scheduling Parties

Take one day every week doing nothing but calling prospects who would like to have a Party with you. It takes dedication and focus, but once you have it going, it’s like a train that has left the station.

Tips on How to Use the Booking Letter

1. Make a list of who you send the letter to. The headings are: Name: Date Called: Reached, Yes/No: Interested in Becoming a Designer: Yes/No Scheduled a Party: Not a Good Time: Referrals: Notes:

2. Print that list out and put the list in a manilla folder or write the list of names and phone numbers in a spiral notebook. Use your own system.

3. Mail The Booking Letter on December 23 every year.

4. Get a year-long calendar in front of you.

5. Circle all dates of holidays that are not available to schedule a Party. Example: Religious holidays, your family activities etc.

6. Use a pencil rather than a pen to write in your calendar dates for Hostesses whose dates are tentative.

7. January 3rd at  9am – start calling people on your chart.

8. Take many notes on what each person says to you. Pay attention to attitudes, objectives or any other information that will help you see where you need to work on your presentation.

9. Start scheduling your parties right away and book in close to get a jump start on your year. Schedule a minimum of 52 Parties throughout the year. It might take you a few days to a couple of weeks to get the parties scheduled. Once you get one Party a week scheduled, keep in touch with the Hostesses. Once the fall catalogs are available be sure to send a fall hostess packet to each of those hostesses!

10.  Ask for referrals and book those parties now too.  Coach your hostess and ask her who attending her party will be interested in having a party of their own and get those bookings now as well.
